The talent pool can be utilized as freelancers for projects or as potential new hires for succession planning. A person in the talent pool may also convert to a coaching subscription customer after being hired, having valued the advice before.
The Bombshell Brand is focused on the empowerment of non-traditional talent and raising diverse voices that have overcome adversity. It is revenue-generating through speaking engagements, but primarily serves to drive acquisition and engagement for other areas of the business.
