Avantha has built a career out of partnering with visionaries to bring ideas to the next level.

Joining together her background as a researcher/behavioral analyst and an operational executioner, Avantha take pride in being considered a powerhouse that can and has “done it all.”

The foundations of her work as a behavioral researcher + analyst underlie how she looks at the world. Layering on top of that more than a decade of work in all aspect of operations for companies across varied industries, sizes, and funding structure has turned her into a truly dynamic talent. Her portfolio has covered startups, large corporations, non-profits with a focus on growth, transformation, and optimization. She has been a consultant for years, picking up projects here and there, but has spent time managing operations at Tufts University Research, Tatcha, Avametric, and Gerber Technology.

Avantha is also proud to have received a number of accolades for her work. She is a former Human Behavioral Fellow, was previously a finalist for Eden's Most Indispensable Organization Organizer in the Bay and named a Rising Thought Leader in Talent in 2016, and led people operations for Inc Magazine's Fastest-Growing Private Company in San Francisco in 2015.

Being a trans woman of color in tech, she takes pride in being a trailblazer across industries.
